Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before hitting the slopes.
How do I choose the right ski length for my height and skill level?
Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should opt for shorter skis for better control, while advanced skiers may prefer longer skis for stability at high speeds.
Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, you can provide your boot sole length and skier profile during checkout for complimentary mounting.
What is your return policy for seasonal gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been custom-mounted with bindings are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis and snowboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of the equipment, we use specialized couriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and without damage.
Do you ship internationally for winter sports enthusiasts outside the US?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How should I store my equipment during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of 'storage wax' to the bases, turning down the tension on your bindings, and storing your gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
