2022 Black Crows Serpo Skis

New from Black Crows is the Serpo. This ski features tremendous stability and an impressive ability to maneuver despite its fairly robust and powerful build. The Serpo sports a bit of camber underfoot for edge hold and responsiveness, but it also features an elongated yet gradual rocker profile in the tip as well as a fair amount of rocker in the tail. Out of this you ultimately get a ski that enters a turn very easily and will plain over variable snow and chop very well, but you also get a ski that pivots and releases easily. The Serpo also features a dual H-shape Titanal laminate that adds torsional stiffness and vibration damping to the ski for enhanced edge hold and stability when ripping at high speeds. Despite its generous rocker profile, the Serpo has very minimal taper out in the tip and the tail which further improves its edge hold and its willingness to enter a turn. A 20-meter radius on this ski means it likes to go fast when you decide to stomp on the gas pedal, but the shape and profile of the ski make it a blast at slower speeds as well for when you want to make a more skidded turn rather than a strong carve with high edge angles. This ski can handle just about anything other than the deepest of storms. A balance of unwavering stability and effortless maneuverability is a very fine balance that is difficult to obtain in the design of a ski, but the Black Crows Serpo does just that.
