2023 K2 Alchemist Snowboard

The K2 Alchemist Snowboard is built for deep days, narrow chutes, and deadly spines. This is where precision meets power, wrapped in their most premium package in their line. The list of technical ingredients in the Alchemist is impressive. One that stands out is the Spectral Braid, a proprietary technology that can control the torsional flex of the board without effecting the longitudinal rigidity. Carbon strings set atop the core and run at a 45-degree angle in the nose and to retain stiffness and aggression. The weave orientation then reduces between the feet to allow a more mellow mid-body flex to engage the sidecut. The tail of the Alchemist is beefed up by a Carbon Fork and aggressive camber right down to contact point. The more you engage the back foot, the more power is transferred from the rear of the snowboard. You can drive and slash your turns deeper, and it will hold an arc without skidding out on groomers. Other features include an S1 Core, for maximum snap and rebound. P-Tex sidewalls to dampen the ride, and a Snowphobic Topsheet to keep snow from sticking.
