The Contour is K2’s stiffest women’s specific boot and is packed with a ton of technical features. They are designed for the big-mountain rider who lives for the steep and deep and loves to ride at high speeds on the groomers and lay trenches. Designed with a medium stiff flex, these boots were designed to stand up over the test of time and can easily bank over 100 days a season. This is due to Intuition Control Foam 3D liner, that provides a supportive flex that doesn’t break down halfway through the winter. It also allows for a more precise and smooth flex while also providing snappy rebound to power you in and out of a turn. With internal and external J Bars and a 3D molded EVA insole, the Control ID liner is built to provide all-day comfort and support. Boa Mobility Conda Liner Lacing is everything you love about BOA Conda with a narrower lace path that allows a bit more freedom to tweak. This patented K2 liner system uses a urethane harness to gently hug your ankle, creating unrivaled heel hold. What makes this boot extra special is that it features a separate BOA lacing system outside the liner called the H4 Boa Coiler. It’s a cable and reel-based lacing system that creates even tension and easy lacing operation. The system features low friction guides for even tightening and works to automatically retract lace slack so your boots stay nice and neat and most importantly, tight.
