The Satori is an all mountain pow surfer that performs just as good on trail as it does in the 3 feet of snow in the backcountry. Designed by Brain Iguchi to be fun and playful off trail while still being stable at high speeds when charging on groomers. Its deep side cut provides superior maneuverability off trail through trees and moguls while the full camber profile and carbon stringers gives it good stability and edge hold. The moderate flex makes it approachable for most riders as well.

The unique shape and rocker profile make this board a lot of fun in deeper snow, providing superior float and maneuverability without sacrificing stability. 3D Fenders make for easy turn initiation off trail through the glades.

Who it's for:

The Medium flex and lifted contact points makes this board approachable for most riders. The full camber platform can be a little harder for your more beginner level riders but gives you plenty of room to progress.

Highlights:

The shaping is what sets this board apart. The gradual rocker, .6 cm of taper, and deep side cut make it not only maneuverable but also a ton of fun in deep snow. The 3.25 mm Grip Tech gives it additional contact points to grip on your harder packed icy conditions.

Things to consider:

The directional shape and rocker profile may not be the best for the park but if you are launching off backcountry jumps in a few feet of snow then this is a great option. Fairly forgiving flex makes it good for riders of most ability levels but may be a little harder for more beginner level riders to learn on.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The Satori is a volume shift board with an exaggerated sidecut, so you would want to downsize 3-5 cm.
