Who it's for:

This boot is designed for resort skiers at the intermediate level. Advanced skiers can find some happiness here, so long as it fits snugly, while the mid-range of skier will be most enticed.

Highlights:

The BOA closure system is the big one here, as it allows for fine-tuning of the forefoot zone in a wrap form, rather than a compression downward. We also get a walk mode for convenience and grip walk soles for ease of strolling.

Things to consider:

If you are a more precision-based skier, these may feel a bit wide and roomy. Anthem or Mindbender may be snugger.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The BOA system does a great job at allowing the wide forefoot to tighten up, so it does have the capacity to be more precise. There’s a nice calf adjustment, too, so muscular legs will have some adjustment here.
