2025 Ride Mountain Pig Snowboard

The Ride MTN Pig is a stiff hard charging directional all-mountain board that can handle any conditions the mountain can throw at you. Unique tapered shaping and split tail make this board really maneuverable off trail while the stiffer flex and full camber profile give it plenty of stability and edge hold on trail. Whether you are riding hard packed groomers on the east coast or making deep powder turns on the west coast, this board is a great option to do it all.

Why we like it:

The MTN Pig is a great option if you are looking to do a little be of everything. It is just as good at carving groomers at high speeds as it is charging through two feet of powder. Even though this board has an aggressive flex, the split tail allows it to release from the turn a little easier making it maneuverable through tighter terrain.

Who it's for:

The MTN Pig is ideal for your more intermediate to advanced level riders who spend their time exploring the whole mountain. Whether you are ripping down groomers, weaving through the trees, or seeking out the deepest pow stashes, this board covers it all.

Highlights:

If you couldn't tell by looking at it, the split tail is a big stand out for this board. Without it this board would be a lot to handle but the split tail makes it more forgiving and maneuverable when you need it. The double impact plates under the binding mount points and added carbon stringers not only provide superior edge hold but also dampen vibrations when riding through the cruddiest conditions.

Things to consider:

The MTN Pig may not be the best option for a more beginner level rider as the stiffer flex and full camber profile makes it harder to maneuver at slower speeds and easier to catch an edge. The split tail can wash out for your heavier riders if you are putting a lot of pressure on the tail, but this is a small price to pay for all the fun you will have.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The MTN Pig is a volume shift board so you would want to size down 3-5 centimeters.
