2026 Head Kore 106 Ti Skis with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings

The 2026 Head Kore 106 Ti with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings is the newly redesigned centerpiece of the Kore freeride lineup—crafted to deliver the best balance of float, stability, and maneuverability in any terrain. Sitting right in the middle of the Kore waist widths, the 106 Ti hits that just-right sweet spot: playful and surfy in soft snow, but plenty confident on firm days and technical descents. We paired the Kore 106 Ti with the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW because of the Attack’s light weight, reliability, and ease-of-use for all mountain and freeride skiers. Additionally, ample elastic travel and direct power transmission function to ensure these bindings cater perfectly to the needs of demanding freeriders.

Why we like it:

The Kore 106 Ti brings big-mountain chops to a platform that feels lighter and quicker than you'd expect. It holds its own through variable conditions, blasts through crud, and can even lay down a solid carve. If you want one ski that does almost everything well, this is it.

Who it's for:

Ideal for advanced to expert freeride skiers who want one ski for powder, chop, trees, and the occasional groomer lap. If you’re looking for a one-quiver option that favors off-piste exploration without giving up frontside capability, the 106 Ti is built for you.

Highlights:

The Kore 106 Ti features a Karuba-beech wood core for strength and responsiveness, reinforced with Flax and two layers of Titanal for a damp and stable feel. Graphene helps keep weight low without compromising performance, and the Hybrid Top Sheet paired with a Freeride Sandwich Cap Construction delivers durability and reduced swing weight. Rocker in the tip and tail promotes soft snow float and ease of pivoting, while the Structured UHM C Base keeps it gliding fast no matter the snowpack. With a shape of 135-106-127 mm and an 18.5-meter radius at 184 cm, it’s balanced for both edge hold and drift. The Attack 14 GW’s FR PRO3 Toe contains 30 mm of elastic travel which provides a smooth and confidence inspiring feel when tracking though variable snow while also recentering the boot to its neutral position extremely well to keep you locked in, acting almost like a suspension system. NX FR Heel pieces have 16 mm of elastic travel which assists in prevent false-releases. These heel pieces also make stepping into and out of bindings with ease, even in deep snow.

Things to consider:

While it’s impressively capable on groomed terrain, this is still a wide ski, and those looking for hard-charging on-trail edge grip might prefer something stiffer in the 100–108 mm category.

Fit & sizing considerations:

These skis run true to size. Skiers seeking quick turns and tree-line agility can size down slightly; those focused on speed and float in bigger terrain should go longer.
