Atlas Treeline MTN Snowshoes
The top of the line in Atlas’s Day Hiking Series the Atlas Treeline MTN Snowshoe is lightweight, and smooth, thanks to the design of the Light-Ride™ Suspension (LRS) system. A blend of comfort and function, LRS allows your foot to articulate naturally while cushioning impact, for smooth striding on mellower terrain. In fact, everything about this shoe is a blend of comfort and function, from the The Wrapp™ Helix binding which combines Atlas' proven Wrapp™ series design with the Boa® Fit System for single handed, twist turn, precision fit adjustment. The 6061 aluminum Reactiv™ frame changes from a cylindrical to an elliptical shape when under stress, increasing strength where the frame bears the greatest loads for a stiffer, more responsive snowshoe frame. Hit the hills with confidence, this shoe has a heel lift system to support climbs and the All-Trac™ toe crampon for traction in all directions. Wider traction tabs on the sides and corners complement sharp front and rear points for confident hiking, while sharp ice tips on the heel cleats, with four angled, ridged side rails, give you confidence on glazed surfaces. A shoe that nicely balances the needs of the recreational snowshoer who wants some of the features of a backcountry shoe, like the ever useful heel lifter, but doesn’t require heavy duty crampons, and likes the convenience of the BOA adjustment system. An all-arounder of a snowshoe, comfortable on woods trails as well as roaming across open fields.
