Hestra Ergo Grip Active Glove
Full disclosure: I love these gloves. I simply would not be without them, and because the mere thought of not having a pair of these on hand is unacceptable when I finally wore a pair out after 5 years of unrelenting abuse (which included logging firewood with them), I bought two pairs to replace them. I did buy two colors! Did I mention these are amazing gloves? The fit, the feel, the curve of the fingers, the durability of the leather (which even withstands my lifestyle!), the stitching... all beyond the pale top notch. Goatskin leather on the palms with a thin fleece liner to wick away any moisture with a back of windproof GORE-TEX Infinium™ stretch fabric with exceptional breathability; these are my constant companions for work, travel, hiking, spring and autumn biking (yes, I know they make bike specific gloves.. these are better). Great for warmer weather Nordic skiing, or cold if you’re moving, if you are going to buy one pair of gloves to do everything from driving to shoveling to pulling yourself up on a rocky summit, buy these.
