Featuring a looser cut for easier layering and movement with a body mapped construction that uses two 100% recycled polyester fabrics this piece knocks it out of the park with a rugged, abrasion resistant two-layer ripstop fabric in hood and arms which are going to get hit with the most incoming weather, and a two-layer, four-way stretch fabric in the torso where temperature regulation is critical to keeping your core comfortable, supported, of course, by zip pit vents for when you need to dump additional heat. Both fabrics are 20K waterproof / 20K breathable and finished with a PFC-free DWR treatment for added storm protection. A large dump pocket for stashing and a side zip for easy on and off, this also has the key feature we look for in a jacket built for accessing the backcountry: a RECCO™ locator built in.
