The first time I went snowshoeing, I had visions of dancing on top of the four feet of snow we had in Colorado. Instead, I sank pretty good up to my waist and wondered why I was doing such an activity. Obviously to my surprise, I found that I was simply on the wrong pair of snowshoes.
